All Authoritas packages have essential SEO exports available, for use in your SEO reports. To get started, first go to the Rank Tracking component, under the Keywords module, and then click where you see EXPORT:

There are six options to choose from:

KeywordsThis will return a list of your keywords, as well as a detailed set of information for each term. This includes the target URL you want to rank, the individual monthly search volume / CPC value, any specific tags assigned, as well as the User Intent scoring data.

Keyword Rankings (Top Page)This is a snapshot of your ranking performance and it will provide insights into how your keyword is positioned on Google (or other search engine). Metrics such as Above-The-Fold / Below-The-Fold, Estimated Monthly Traffic, availability of Universal results like ‘People Also Ask’ can all be used to understand your current ranking and where you could look to target your strategy next.

Keyword Rankings (All Pages) – The same as the above, albeit this provides data on all pages, i.e. any instances where you have more than one page ranking for a single keyword. This is typically referred to as Cannibalisation.

Ranking HistoryAs it implies, this report will show your rankings over time. There is a choice between pulling back data for the last 6 months, last whole year, last 2 whole years, or the entirety of your project. Naturally, this will be dependent on how long you have been tracking keywords in Authoritas.

Ranking PagesA comprehensive list of the top 100 results for each keyword, i.e. the URLs / domains that appear on the first 10 pages of Google (or other search engine).

Market WinnersThis will take your keywords and use the SERPs data that we collect for you to calculate which domains are performing well against these terms. For example, if you are monitoring 100 keywords, Market Winners report can demonstrate how competitors are ranking on these 100 terms. It is a great asset for identifying the domains that you share the market with.

The exports are designed to work in tandem with the filters available in Rank Tracking, which means that you can drill down or segment your data before downloading your report. What’s more, these reports support their own customisation options, to tailor your export even further.
